Trauma-informed coaching

Understand your story to redesign your present.

1:1 trauma-informed coaching to understand how your story shapes your present, strengthen your inner resources, and build a life with greater coherence and wellbeing.

This space may be for you if

Maybe you arrive here because, even though you have tried to move forward, something keeps repeating itself.

It may be a way of reacting that you do not always understand. A difficulty setting boundaries without guilt. A kind of tiredness that does not go away simply by resting. Or the experience of functioning, performing, and holding things together while still feeling far from yourself.

Perhaps you have looked for answers, tried to change, read, talked, or made important decisions. And still, certain patterns return: demanding more from yourself than you can sustain, anticipating everything, pleasing others, disconnecting, or feeling that your body remains on alert even when rationally you know you are safe.

This space is for those who want to understand themselves more deeply, without judgment and with concrete tools. For those who feel they do not need more pressure, but a kinder, more informed, and more sustainable way to build wellbeing.

It is not about staying in the past. It is about understanding how your story may be shaping your present, so you can begin to inhabit your life with more freedom, coherence, and care.

Reconnection

Understand what is happening within you, rebuild trust in your inner resources, and create new ways of caring for yourself, deciding, and inhabiting your life.

Support

A human and thoughtful 1:1 space to explore personal processes without judgment, with respect for your story and your own pace.

Tools

A structured process with clear goals, defined duration, and practical tools to integrate change into everyday life.

María Fernanda Forttes

I came to this work not only through training, but also through experience.

For a long time, I looked for answers in structure, performance, and rational understanding. My background as a Business Engineer and Master in Coaching gave me valuable tools to accompany processes of change, leadership, and personal development. But it was my own path, together with years of specialization in trauma, neurobiology, and traumatic stress, that helped me understand something deeper: many times, understanding what happens to us is not enough; we also need to look at how our system learned to protect itself.

I am currently complementing this path with training as a trauma-specialized yoga instructor, integrating body-based regulation tools to accompany change processes in a more complete, sensitive, and sustainable way.

This is where this space begins.

Conquistando el Bienestar is an invitation to look at your story without judgment, with evidence, humanity, and care. A space to understand the responses that once helped you survive, strengthen your internal resources, and build new ways of inhabiting your present.

My work is not about correcting you or taking you toward an ideal version of yourself. It is about accompanying you as you reconnect with your own compass, your needs, your boundaries, and your capacity to live with greater coherence.

Who is this service for?

For people who want to understand themselves better through a science-informed lens and are willing to follow a concrete process toward wellbeing.

No. Many people arrive because they feel disconnection, emotional exhaustion, difficulty setting boundaries, or repeated patterns in relationships and daily life.

What if I am already in therapy?

Many people complement this space with therapeutic processes. It is always important to evaluate each situation individually.
